Doors unlock 10 minutes prior to class.

Grip socks are required for all of our classes. These are sold at the studio, or you can also bring your own.

Parking: The studio has parking in front first come first serve.

To avoid a late cancel charge, please cancel your reservation online 12 hours prior to class start time. If you late cancel within the 12 hour window, you will be charged a $15 fee, but your session will be returned to you. If you no show/no call, you will be charged a $15 fee, and your session will be taken from you.

Please arrive on time. Doors will lock at the class start time, so if you are late, you are out of luck.

If you put yourself on the waitlist, you are committing to that class. If you get into a class off the waitlist any time up until an hour prior to that class, the cancellation and no show fees apply to you. You will be notified by email when you are placed into a class off the waitlist.

There is a 2 person minimum for all classes. If there is only one person signed up for class, that class will be cancelled 45 minutes prior to the start time. If there is no one signed up for class, that class will be cancelled 90 minutes prior to the start time.

All sales are final. There are no returns.

If your card is declined there is a $5 failed payment fee.

If your fee is declined, your pricing option will be paused, and you will not be allowed access to classes or sessions until it is paid. Any time lost on packages due to debt settlement pauses will not be given back.

Must be 18+ to attend class. Please contact the studio if you would like to set up a private or semi-private session for a client under 18.
